DIAMOND FLOWER CLUSTER ART-DECO BRACELET
This is the diamond bracelet worn by Catherine at the 'BAFTA Brits to Watch' event. The central design is composed of flower clusters (a large diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds) alternating with baguette diamonds. On either side of the central portion is a line of round diamonds. This bracelet, with its baguette diamonds match the baguette diamonds on her diamond pendant earrings.

At first glance, I thought this was the Van Cleef & Arpel Snowflake Bracelet pictured below. But after seeing these close-up, the design is similar (flower clusters with two lines of diamonds on either side) but the actual setting of the stones are different.
Pease note that Catherine's bracelet is NOT the one that Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall wears. For the evening wedding reception on April 29, 2011, Camilla wore two diamonds bracelets. On her right wrist, she wore the bracelet below:
Below is a more detailed picture of Camilla's bracelet which she wore during the evening reception on an official visit to Spain on March 29, 2011. This is the same bracelet that Camilla wore for Charles' 60th birthday portrait.
On Camilla's left wrist, she wore the bracelet below for the first time.
Both these bracelets have been worn by the Queen Mother.

GOLD BRACELET WITH ENGRAVED C CHARM
Given by Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall to Catherine. Bracelet with disk charm. The disk is engraved with Catherine's official monogram, a cursive C with a ducal coronet on top. The bracelet is made of cable links.
The other side of the disk is engraved with something different. It looks like a print C surrounded by a circle and something above the circle. Note also that 4 or 5 links are hanging since the bracelet is too big on her wrist. She's attached the closure of the bracelet to a different link than the end.
UPDATE: The monogram on the backside of the disk charm belongs to Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
